B. Arch. Degree Course:                                      
The college of Architecture, Kolhapur offers a B. Arch. Degree course of 5 years duration and it is affiliated to Shivaji University.

The course is divided into two stages.

Stage One is a basic course in Architecture of Three and half years duration the examinations are conducted at the end of every academic year. After the completion of 3 years academic year. The students are required to have practical training, as a part of the first stage

 The Second Stage of one and half years duration is divided in two parts the first period of one academic year is an advanced course in architectural subjects and the next 6 months are kept reserved for his research work for dissertation. The student is vigorously trained in the various subjects in architecture through lectures, slide shows and frequent visits to live construction sites, visits are also arranged to buildings of architectural importance particularly from the point of view of vernacular architecture.

The basic qualification for Architectural course is that the student must acquire minimum 50% in Aggregate in XII std of (10+2) equivalent examination with subjects Mathematics & English Compulsory. 

admission to all architectural colleges in Maharashtra is organized through admitting authority appointed by director of Technical Education, Govt. of Maharashtra.

aptitude test is conducted and a merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained in 10+2 examinations and in the aptitude test

(Architectural And Construction Project Management)

The student seeking admission to M.Arch. course must have passed Bachelor's Examination in Architecture from recognized University securing minimum Second Class (min 50% marks and above, for grade equivalency refer to council of Architecture, India Norms). The admission will be based on the rules framed by the Council of Architecture competent authority from time to time.

 Common Entrance Test (CET) will be conducted as per rules & regulations of Council of Architecture, New Delhi.
